Goals & OKRs for Nonprofits

FEB 4, 2021 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

You'll Walk Away With:

  • A clear understanding of the OKR methodology and best practices
  • Real-life examples of effective nonprofit OKRs
  • A template you can use to implement OKRs in your organization

Overview

Effective goal-setting is a crucial component of any successful organization, but it’s not easy to write goals that will actually lead to the results you desire. Goals should dictate how you allocate resources, prioritize your work and use your time. When done correctly, they can enable you to make the biggest impact possible!

By utilizing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) you can set stretch goals that energize you and your team while also establishing clear metrics to let you know whether or not you truly accomplished those goals.

In this NotleyEDU live session, you will have the opportunity to deep dive into the OKR methodology, ask questions specific to your organization and learn how to draft OKRs that will help your nonprofit achieve its goals.

Pay-What-You-Can

Given the ongoing pandemic and economic environment, we understand many individuals and organizations have been left in financially challenging positions. While we typically charge a nominal fee of $30 for our workshops, we will be offering this benefit to the community on a pay-what-you-can basis. We encourage individuals to contribute within their means to allow NotleyEDU to continue to provide meaningful programming to nonprofit and social impact leaders. Thank you!
